The Flayer Jungle is a jungle zone in Act III. The zone can be accessed from both the Spider Forest and the Great Marsh, and connects to Lower Kurast, whose entrance is guarded by the superunique Stormtree.

Somewhere in the Flayer Jungle lies the entrance into the Flayer Dungeon. Players need to explore the maze-like dungeon in order to obtain Khalim's Brain. The optional dungeon Swampy Pit, which leads to the dungeons and rift Proving Grounds, Vizjun and Genesis, is located there. The waypoint of the Flayer Jungle is always located near the Swampy Pit.

On Hell difficulty, killing Stormtree opens a portal to Caldeum, an uberquest hub in Act III.
