Players need to explore the Cavern in order to obtain Khalim's Eye, which can be found in a gold chest guarded by the super unique Fen Stalker Sszark the Burning. On Nightmare and Hell difficulty, the Spider Cavern is home to veteran monsters, despite being mandatory to visit.
