Travincal is the penultimate area in Act 3, accessed from Upper Kurast via the Kurast Causeway.
In the northern section of the city, one can find the Council Members Geleb Flamefinger, Ismail Vilehand and Toorc Icefist guarding the Compelling Orb, which must be broken with Khalim's Will to make the staircase down to the Durance of Hate accessible.
