Dream of Anguish is the second part of the Yshari Sanctum uberlevel complex, accessible from the Specter of Hatred and leads to the Phantasm of Terror. On Destruction difficulty, the main boss Andariel and the Giant Skeleton sub-bosses have a chance to drop Quov Tsin's Crown and Deckard Cain's Diamond respectively, parts of the two sets required to fight Valthek, the Vizjerei Sorcerer, the final boss of Yshari Sanctum.
