The Heart of Sin is the lair of Azmodan, found deep in the Realm of Sin, past a long walkway in the southeast. In addition to Azmodan himself, this room is also populated by Sons of Azmodan and Ravening Beasts, invisible and untargetable versions of normal Guardians and Firebloods.
