The Pools of Wisdom, part of the Judgement Day dungeon, is accessible by interacting with the hooded figure at the centre of the Crystal Arch, which will open portals to the Pools of Wisdom and the Halls of Valor. These two areas are, respectively, home to Malthael and Imperius, the two bosses of the dungeon; although either can drop the Crystalline Flame Medallion charm, upgrading it requires killing both within 60 seconds.
